Ready, set, GO!

Pick a team name.

Go to http://lose-to-win-game.blogspot.com/ and blog your first post. If you have never done this, contact another player. We will happily walk you through it. Include in your first post your starting weight and your goal weight. Also, list the bad habit you will be working on giving up and your transformation/good habit. If you are working on a fitness goal instead of weight loss, include that as well.

If you are doing Weight Watchers, you must track in writing/typing daily.

Get your money ($70) to Kirby before next Thursday (March 18). We may have to vote on a point penalty if you procrastinate!

You can post info to the blog as often as you like. But, you MUST post at least once per week to report your weight and score. Decide on a scorekeeper for your team and report your score to them by noon on Thursdays so they can calculate your team average.

Don't get overwhelmed. We set up the teams so you have veteran support if you are a newcomer. Ask questions and get GO!ing! Good luck! V
