This has been a tricky week for a couple of reasons. I sure didn't have the same fire burning inside like I have now, or had last week. I dropped the ball a couple of times and it was really lame. I did just start a new medicine for my headaches that is supposed to take like 3 weeks to start working, and sudden weight gain is listed on the possible side effects (sweet, huh?) So to help combat that (even though I know better) I drastically cut my WW pts from thirty-four to 24... and I'm pretty sure that didn't help much. Lesson here?... use your points. The program is designed as such, so eat em.
We've also had some confusion on a few grey areas in the ww/go crossover. So, from this week on, to be clear. Your beverages of choice are: Water 3 liters (mandatory) Coffee: black only, no creamers or sweeteners. And herbal teas. The only artificial sweetener that is allowed is Stevia (which I don't entirely trust) My only beef with this, is that if its tracked and pointed, then is should fly. But, you will get more out of your experience if you just stick to the basics. Water, Coffee and Tea.
Even though it doesn't look as if we are going to win this time, I have to applaud my team for kicking ass even though at times the rules can be a bit overwhelming. Good job guys. Keep on keepin' on... We are gonna take this game. buleeve dat.
