2nd round!! YAY!!!

Starting - 161.4
Goal - 150

good habit....it has to still be the 20 min of household chore...not including daily duties such as dishes cooking laundry...etc.
bad habit ... I have not yet conquered PROCRASTINATION!!!!
I will be doing Weight Watchers and I know this is going to help me to lose those extra 10 and i think it will help to write everything down. No procrastinating. I also know this is a healthier way to eat.  I weaned myself from splenda in the coffee....and creamer watered down yesterday...today...coffee black...could only do half a cup...not bad...maybe the caffeine addiction will be attacked as well!!
