Felt good after stepping on the scale. . .

I've had a pretty good week. Not quite as well as last but, I can only blame myself for the laziness. I had a couple mornings where I would not wake up and go to the gym, but on the days that I go, I feel soo good during the day. So you'd think that I couldn't wait to get up @ 4 am to go to the gym. . . I've also faulted on sleep a day, and faulted on my good and bad habits a couple of days (this almost being the hardest part of the game). . . .but I can say is that I am having a good time regulating what I eat and how much. I believe that it is helping me get healthier. The water is no big deal, instead of drinking 3 liters of diet coke, I drink 3 to 4 liters of water a day.

Back a year or two ago when Adam told me that he was going to weight watchers, I made fun of him and asked him if he took his favorite purse to the meetings. . . but in hind sight. . .I should have been right there next to adam in those classes packing my favorite man bag! . . . I like the points system. . .It works for a normal person with a normal lifestyle. If I over eat at lunch time, then I have to skimp on dinner. That's how it is! But for the most part I am setting myself up to have about 25 to 26 points left for dinner. Even at dinner time I'm still regulating myself so much that I sure I'm going to bed with about 8 to 10 points left for the day. I love having the WW point calculator on my blackberry, but hate looking like an idiot counting points in the grocery store. But it has to be done!
