Day One, Week One, Round Three

Ok, gotta be brief... have to be to bed soon to get my seven in...

Starting Weight: 247.8
Goal Weight: 205 (in fightin' trim)

I am wicked happy about the turnout of the new flock of GO!ers. This game has the potential to change your life...it has mine.

I have not done as well on the previous two rounds as I could have. I consistently had a reason (not an excuse) for my piss-poor performance for the week. Whether it was a snout surgery or a barrage of skull splitting headaches, it always seemed like something.

Doin' things a little different now. I have identified a lot of my issues and I am attacking them with full force.

My Transformation habit is going to be a six part Declutter/Decrapify of my house (with the help of my opponent and dear wife) Starting with the downstairs, and working my (our) way to the garage.

My bad habit is going to be hard (as it should be), because it almost conflicts with another point earning portion of the game. I will be up and out of bed, getting my workout in before 6:00am on workdays and by 7:00am on days off. I am trying to "can not can't".

I want everyone to be clear that this game is FUN, the trash talk is FUN, the changes are FUN and the weight loss is hella FUN. Also, it is nearly impossible to garner "tone" from text. So, if you get the feeling that someone is being a dick with some trash talking, try to imagine them saying it with a smile on their face with their tongue firmly placed in cheek.

Gotta hit the sack, doesn't look like I'm gonna hit my sleep points tonight... maybe I'll work it as my day off. Work the game... it will work for you.

Peace out everybody and good luck dealing with the feelings of sadness as Team: Foxtrot ...yadda yadda, opens a large can of whoop ass and proceeds to distribute it evenly among the masses.

Remember, boys and girls... If you're gonna be a bear, be a grizzly!

GO!od luck and Get sOme!

.adam.

Oh, yeah... I have a ton of super kick face WW recipes that I will be posting soon, I'm just outta time tonight. So, rely on your team and don't be afraid to ask questions, they are all valid. Also... READ YOUR BOOK! it has all the rules and caveats, anything we have changed or modified has already been discussed, but there is no problem with a little clarification here and there.

TSTYL (talk smack to ya later)
