I am posting this to get everyone on the same page. I started this competition lower in weight than last GO. starting weight 315. im doing a fitness goal, where i am going to power lift weights atleast 3 times a week on top of my daily 30 mins of exercise. lifting weights generally doesn't promote weight loss .. . .especially while your gaining muscle , but im hopeful that with my diet and exercise i will lose some weight as well.
Happy points will be . . . .just to chill the eff out, and stop for 30 mins each day, jam my music as loud as I can, and reflect on life in general. This will truly be mt happy time!
